The challenge
TITOL coordinates inventory and fulfillment across multiple brands from a single warehouse. Spreadsheets and disconnected tools couldn't keep counts honest, give clients visibility, or keep the floor moving.
What we built
We built TITOLWMS: a Firebase-backed warehouse management system that tracks every carton, pallet, and unit in real time, drives the pick-pack-ship workflow, processes inbound intake with barcode labeling, and gives each brand its own client-facing portal.
